what does burlesque/erotic movement mean to you?: Performing feels like an opportunity to express myself creatively and be seen in a way that I have total control of. In my day to day I'm super introverted and a huge over-thinker, and to be able to put on a confident sexy powerful persona and demand to be seen feels amazing (and scary in the best way lol). It also feels super queer to me and like a really freeing way to express my femme identity without performing for the male gaze.

what attracted you to being a part of our Troupe?: I've had the pleasure of dancing with the co-founders and some of the Troupe members at Vespertine (formerly Minx + Muse) and Sass N Strut, and respect and look up to them as dancers and people so much, I felt like I have so much to learn from rehearsing and performing more with you! Being able to perform and create with all queers sounds dreamy, I'm always craving more queer community.
